Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, money orders or cashier's checks. All items purchased will be shipped immediately on products in stock. Currently we do not accept credit card numbers over the internet. We will contact you by phone for credit card purchases after completing the online ordering form.

Lay-A-Ways

Lay-A-Way your doll today. Our lay-a-way plan is a simple way to purchase your doll. 20% down of the purchase price -

For purchase up to $299.00: 60 days and the balance will divided into two equal monthly payments.
For purchase greater than $300.00: 90 days and the balance will divided into three equal payments.

Shipping

Actual shipping & handling on all items purchased. All items shipped are insured and shipped UPS unless otherwise requested.

Return policy

If you not satisfied with the item that you ordered, you may call within in three days of receipt to discuss returning the item. After return arrangements have been made, please return the item(s) promptly in original condition and you will be issued a store credit less the original shipping cost. All returns must be insured for the full item price paid and sent via a traceable delivery method. We can not be responsible for package damaged in shipment or untraceable lost return package. Buyer incurs cost of shipping & insurance on all returns There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns. NO RETURNS WILL ACCEPTED AFTER 14 DAYS THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING DATE. No returns, exchanges and refunds on special order items, one of a kind originals or on sale marked down items or items purchased on layaways.

The availability of Doll Lover's Paradise products may vary. It is possible to determine the availability of a doll with our on-line catalog. If you are interested in purchasing a doll, please scroll down to the the bottom of the page and look for the in stock button. Some of the dolls we are currently advertising will not be released to us for several weeks. For these dolls, we offer pre-ordering. You may place an order for any of the dolls we are going to receive, and it will be shipped to you as soon as possible. These pre-ordered dolls are identified with a pre-order button.
